Messaging channels

Chat with your agent from the apps you already live in. One agent, one conversation memory, every channel.

Connect a channel

User Settings > Channels binds your AI agent to messaging apps. Telegram is available now; WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Slack are coming soon as the catalog fills out. The binding is per person, and every channel shares one conversation memory, so a thread started at your desk continues from your phone without re-explaining anything.

Your agent, reachable where you already are. Same memory everywhere.

Governed on every channel

A channel is a doorway, not a bypass. Employees already message AI tools from their phones with or without an approved channel; binding a channel here is what turns that traffic from invisible shadow IT into something governed. Messages from Telegram or Teams ride the same governed lane as the in-app composer: content policy screens them, usage is metered to your seat, and everything lands in the same audit record. The convenience changes; the rules do not.
