To signup for SOVAI visit https://www.sovai.com/merchtouch_signup.aspx

Once you complete the setup form and click the "Register" button an email will be sent to you letting you know that your SOVAI account is active.  You may then login to your account using the SOVAI Merchant Control panel under Main/Company login type and add touch-tone users, add to your balance so that you may use the SOVAI service, view touch-tone transaction reports and more.
