For "Account
Type" you would select "User" if you're
a looking to retrieve the password for a user that's
associated with a Main/Company account, select
"Admin" if you're looking to retrieve a
designated Main/Company administrator's account or select
"Main/Company" if you are looking to
retrieve a the password for the actual SOVAI
Main/Company account.
Enter your contact name
(for contact purposes only in case there's a problem).
Enter your email address
(will be used to retrieve your SOVAI login info).
Click the "Retrieve
Password" button. Your SOVAI Login ID and
Password will be sent to your registered email within
minutes.
